IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

SAFETY PROTOCOLS

  • Venue capacity will be 50 students (CWID required - please include this in the "Comments" section of Step 2 of the reservation process), no exceptions, seated singly and socially distanced. You must sit in your assigned seat.
  • Masks must be worn at all times.
  • Limited restroom access will be available. To ensure you don’t miss any part of the show, please consider a pre-trip restroom stop before arriving at the venue.
  • The entire presentation must be attended from start to finish due to safety protocols.
  • If you have special seating needs, reserve a seat and then email pac-boxoffice to discuss accommodations.

  • The lobby will open 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. You will be instructed to socially distance while waiting to enter the venue outside the south facing lobby doors, just behind the box office.

  • Upon reservation, ticket will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment. When you arrive at the venue, please show the usher the bar code on your ticket/PDF attachment either by holding up your pre-printed version, or by displaying it on your phone or smart device. You know just like you used to do at the airport!
  • CDC guidelines were followed in the making of the content you are about to watch.

VENUE POLICIES & VENUE ETIQUETTE

  • Tickets will be issued exclusively online and must be reserved in advance. Ticket holders will be asked to display their tickets either on their smart devices/phones or printed in advance. No hard tickets will be issued.

  • Food and drink is not allowed in the venue, with the exception of bottled water.

  • Limited restroom access will be available. To ensure you don’t miss any part of the show, please consider a pre-trip restroom stop before arriving at the venue.

  • The nearest parking can be found in the Nutwood Structure. Parking regulations are enforced M-Th from 7am-10pm and F- 7am-5pm. It is free on Saturday and Sunday. If you do not have a semester permit, you must purchase a daily permit ($10, card only) on the 2nd floor of the Nutwood Structure and display it on your dashboard.

  • No cameras or recorders are allowed in the venue and cell phones may not be used during the presentation. Due to rights considerations, recording is STRICTLY prohibited and any recordings will be asked to be deleted.

Box Office Information

The Box Office located on the southwest corner of the Clayes Performing Arts Center.

Parking for Performances: Parking on weekends is free starting at 5 pm, Fridays. At all other times, daily permits are required and can be purchased for $10 upon entering the parking structure. Cash is not accepted. Visa, MasterCard and Discover only.
